These website terms outline the general basis on which Vehicle Finder Australia accepts vehicle-search enquiries. A separate search brief or service agreement may set out the applicable scope, finder fee and conditions for a particular search.

Our role

Vehicle Finder Australia identifies and introduces potential vehicle opportunities based on the requirements you provide. We do not own the vehicles identified through the service and are not the seller of those vehicles.

Your purchasing decision

You remain responsible for deciding whether a vehicle is suitable for your requirements, conducting inspections and enquiries, negotiating with the seller, and completing any purchase directly with the seller.

Finder fee

The agreed finder fee and vehicle search criteria will be confirmed before a search begins. The finder fee is payable only if you purchase a vehicle introduced through our service. Vehicle purchase funds are not paid through Vehicle Finder Australia.

Due diligence

We recommend appropriate independent checks before purchasing a used vehicle, including a pre-purchase inspection, PPSR search, registration checks and specialist-equipment assessment where relevant.

Vehicle availability, pricing and seller information can change without notice. Identifying a potential opportunity is not a warranty, endorsement or guarantee of the vehicle, seller or transaction.
